The Sentra OS Admin Portal is the secure entry point for authorized administrators to access enterprise administration features including user management, data source configuration, AI agent performance monitoring, and system governance controls. The portal requires separate admin credentials distinct from standard executive user accounts, providing an additional layer of security for high-privilege operations within the Sentra AI platform.
Administrator accounts have elevated permissions that include the ability to manage user roles and access levels, configure data source integrations with enterprise CRM and ERP systems, monitor LLM cost consumption across AI model providers, review system health metrics including uptime and SOC2 compliance status, and manage the governance queue for pending approval actions. Admin access is logged and audited to maintain compliance with enterprise security requirements.
After signing in, administrators are directed to the Admin Dashboard, which provides a comprehensive overview of the Sentra OS deployment. For standard executive users, the main user loginprovides access to the Executive Command Center, AI Agent Operations Center, Transformation Blueprint Engine, Governance & Override Queue, and Settings pages.
